The Project

Creating a bold visual statement by juxtaposing modern details with industrial charm layered with eclectic tones of mint and blue bring lightness and freshness to the open layout. Bold skeleton of the existing site lead the narration of grunge design language by salvaging exposed raw concrete ceilings, naturally textured concrete columns to create an edgy yet cohesive, refined look.

Strong linear design, clear use of varied flooring materials demark as pathways and workspace for induvidual and collaborative work organises the space without spatial barriers. Acoustic panels encompassed in metal overhang structures reinforce the link between dramatic yet functional transformation in the workspace.

Enhanced lighting and increased sound control cater to dedicated and collaborative work settings. Striking yet tonal selection of materials, biophilic design, vibrant play of textures and patterns in the pantry and training room creates moments of interest.
